Hi there! I have been a provider in the mental health field since 2014. Over nearly a decade as a clinician, I have provided support to clients with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, amongst other mental health concerns.  I am passionate about helping others find joy and balance in their lives!
